What

The water damage happened on August 3rd in North Cocoa. The homeowners were in the process of getting a new roof installed when an afternoon storm rolled through and the roofers were unable to get a tarp on the roof in time.

Job Scope

To avoid damage to the homeowner’s contents, our technicians had to temporarily remove everything from the house. We started out by tearing out wet drywall, baseboards, ceilings, insulation and flooring in multiple rooms of the home. Filters and containment barriers were set up to keep the demolition mess confined and to prevent mold spores from spreading.

At the end of the project our team used a fogging machine to remove any mold spores that remained and moved all of the homeowners belongings back into their home.
